PIPBIT.IO provides an email validation API that allows you to:

  • Validate email address syntax and format
  • Check domain and MX record validity
  • Detect disposable and temporary email addresses
  • Identify role-based email addresses
  • Perform bulk email validation
  • Access validation results via API

Automated Service: PIPBIT.IO is a fully automated software service. All email validations are performed by our automated systems without human intervention. No human-driven services are involved in the delivery of our service.

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. API Usage and Limits

4.1 API Keys

Your API keys are confidential. Do not share them or expose them in client-side code. You are responsible for any usage through your API keys.

4.2 Rate Limits

API requests are subject to rate limits based on your plan. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary throttling or suspension.

4.3 Credits

Each email validation consumes credits according to your plan. Unused credits may expire as specified in your plan terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use our Service to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited emails
  • Harvest or scrape email addresses without consent
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malware or malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Resell or redistribute our Service without authorization
  • Use the Service for illegal purposes

6. Pricing and Payment

6.1 Plans and Pricing

Service fees are based on your selected plan. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

6.2 Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance. Credit purchases are charged at time of purchase.

6.3 Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. No questions asked.

To request a refund, simply contact our support team at Contact Us with your account email and we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.

After the 14-day refund window, refunds will not be provided for unused credits or remaining subscription time.

7. Service Level

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for:

  • Temporary service interruptions for maintenance
  • Outages due to factors beyond our control
  • Issues caused by third-party services

8. Intellectual Property

PIPBIT.IO and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Pixar Labs and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any data you submit. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for providing the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

  • Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Accuracy or completeness of validation results
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Security of data transmission

Email validation results are based on available information at the time of validation and may not be 100% accurate.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PIPBIT.IO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages arising from use or inability to use the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PIPBIT.IO, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Fail to pay applicable fees
  • Abuse our Service or systems

You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the appropriate courts.
